The
Flashing Eye Catcher
unit is a single die cut Header Card with a pop-out on either side containing a ashing LED unit. The Header Card is the actual display area on which the
promotional message is printed. The shape of the Header Card can vary within the limitations as set out below. The thickness of the Header Card is important as it gives the card stability.
Header Card specifications:

280 mm (W) x 280 mm (H).
Litho printing
Material:
250 gsm coated art in matt or gloss.
Colour:
4-colour CMYK palette.
Finish:
Laminated gloss or matt lm.
Digital printing
Vinyl:
80 – 100 micron permanent white.
Colour:
Full colour CMYK.
Substrate:
770 gsm white cardboard.
Each side must be printed separately, then mounted
back-to-back (on substrate) and die cut. The Header Card
pop-out is the section into which the LED ashing unit will be
placed and then applied to the Header Card. The shape of the
pop-out can vary within the limitations as set out below. The
thickness of the Header Card is important as it gives the box
stability on the board and supports the additional weight.
Mirror image:
If it is a double-sided display, a mirror
image of all artwork must be supplied.
Header Card pop-out specifications:
Size:
50 mm (W) x 50 mm (H) minimum and 150 mm (H)
x 150mm (W) maximum display area. Ensures that
the pop-out will stand out at least 15 mm away
from the Header Card.
Material:
Same as Header Card. Double-sided tape must be
applied to areas where the pop-out will be
attached to the Header Card.
Finish:
Laminated gloss lm. Please ensure that the
position of the LED in the pop-out is clearly
marked and at least 20 mm away from any edge of
the display area of the pop-out.
Substrate:
660 gsm white cardboard.
