I&J, founded in 1910 by George Irvin and Carl Johnson, currently forms part of AVI’s Frozen, Fresh and Convenience Foods.
The company produces hake products in various forms (fresh, moulded portions, coated and sauced) as well as lobster. I&J products can be found all over the world – from the USA and UK, to Europe, Australia, and the Middle and Far East.
